Terms and Conditions

• The minimum purchase is $100 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
• When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of ShopsNavigator or this site, but rather, you are granted the right to submit an image or a link, which will then be advertised from your shop at the respective space you have paid for. 
• If your image and link are accepted and published on ShopsNavigator, you cannot get a refund.
• The site will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until March 2010, but possibly even longer.
• Project Navigator, as the owner of ShopsNavigator, will decide what is appropriate for posting on ShopsNavigator.
• If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from ShopsNavigator, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
• Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g. 100 pixels = 10x10 pixels.)
• Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and be in a reasonable file size.
• Images must not be animated.
• Links can be to (a) web pages (beginning with http://), or (b) to two (2) scanned pages, which you can submit to us either electronically in PDF or JPEG format, or mail us the hard copy.
  • If you are emailing us a file, please send to mvu@projectnavigator.com, and clearly state the words SN SUBMISSION in the e-mail’s title.
  • If you are mailing us a hard copy of what you wish posted behind your pixel block(s), then please mail to: Shops Navigator, c/o Project Navigator, Ltd., 2300 Contra Costa Blvd., Suite 520, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523, and mark the envelop with the words “For SN posting.”
• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on ShopsNavigator.
• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we will try and keep these times to a minimum.
• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (via our PayPal account), ShopsNaigator will aim to get your pixels online within 72 hours.
